Il manque donc 2 tunnels \u00e0 v\u00e9lo pour \u00eatre complet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-BE\">&#8211; question <\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\">praticabilit\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\">\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-BE\">\u2666 Le tunnel \u00e0 v\u00e9los subira des infiltrations d&rsquo;eau de la Woluwe toute proche. De plus le sous-sol y est instable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-BE\">\u2666 La commune est bloqu\u00e9e : les \u00e9chevins NVA sont soumis \u00e0 Ben Weyts, ministre NVA de la mobilit\u00e9, chef du projet Werken aan de ring et patron de l\u2019Agentschap Wegen &amp; Verkeer.
